Fatigue

Autoimmune fatigue can be the worst. I find it hardest to explain to people. It’s that cloak of heaviness that drapes over your whole brain and body. Often times the only thing you can do to get rid of it rest. In those moments that you have bit more energy try this gentle flow to fight fibro fatigue.

Joint Pain

If you have frequent joint pain you can try this mobility movements to ease the pain in all your joints from your neck down to your feet.

Morning Stiffness

I often suffer with morning stiffness in connection with my arthritic aches and pains. Fibromyalgia morning stiffness can be common too. These videos are great to try either first thing in the morning after you wake up or after a nice warm shower.

Muscle Pain

Muscle pain and dull aches can be the worse. They can stop you right in your tracks and impact your whole day. If you need help for fibromyalgia chronic pain, try these exercises for common pain points like the hips where we tend to hold a lot of tension in our bodies.
